Blue Trunk Accessibility Survey

Welcome to the Blue Trunk Business Accessibility* Survey! If you are a business owner or certified representative of a business, then you are ready to begin. If you have multiple physical locations, be sure to fill out a separate survey for each.

The purpose of this survey is to give people the information they need to enjoy traveling. Don’t worry if you do not offer a certain feature - you will not receive a bad rating or negative review. At the end of the survey, we will provide you with easy, cost-effective ways to provide accessibility features that your venue does not currently offer. If you make any changes to the accessibility of your business, you can always edit your responses from your business portal.

Please have the following before you begin:

Access to the entire facility
Tape measure

*Note: Throughout the survey, we will use the term “accessible” to refer to what some call “handicap” or “disabled” services.
